		<description>Some good points on long term care. I am still not sure if it is something i would use but am still thinking it over and looking at details from mutiple plans.  You gave me more things to consider thanks.

		<description>Thanks for making a post that provides real benefits to those looking for long term care information. Many elders don't realize what Medicare and Medicaid will, and will not, cover. Medicare pays for Skilled Care only, not custodial care. Medicaid is part of the welfare system and provides limited options for care. You must meet asset and income spend-down guidelines to meet welfare standards. The government has sent clear messages that Medicaid will no longer be a viable option for long term care planning.</description>
