I am now 60 and semi retired and I started up several websites to supplement my income. I had some computer background from working in engineering offices and teaching, but the online world was a bit of a learning curve and it took me some time to get going. I bought a program though (the same one I sell on my Web Income Tutor website now) and studied it and a month or two later I had my own website and I was in business. I love the online world and interacting with people around the country and the globe. I find that marketing my products (and other people's on my affiliate sites) was easy after I got into the swing of things. I eventually learned so much that I'm also doing website design now. :-) So I recommend you go for it. A small one would be enough for me. A side job that fresh graduates are working in nowadays in my country has to do with tutoring koreans on how to speak english. The influx of koreans here is just astonishing so a private english tutor can actually make a lot.
